Adam Jackson

Executive Producer

Adam’s career spans 30 years in professional theatre, starting as a lighting technician at the age of 16 with Circus Oz. As a lighting and automation technician, Adam worked on the original Australian productions of The Phantom of the Opera, Miss Saigon, Rent, Chicago, Mamma Mia!, the 10th anniversary of Les Misérables and Cats: Run Away to the Circus, among many other first-class tours around Australia, New Zealand and Asia.

Adam moved into management with the original Australian production of We Will Rock You and toured to Japan, before working as Production Administrator for the Australian revival of Miss Saigon and original Australian production of Spamalot. In 2008, Adam moved to New York to become an accredited company manager, joining the Association of Theatrical Press Agents & Managers (ATPAM) and the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees (IATSE). He worked on Broadway for 12 years on productions including 9 to 5, Wicked, Rocky, War Paint (with Patti LuPone), Mean Girls and Harry Potter and the Cursed Child.

Adam toured the US on productions of Billy Elliot, The Book of Mormon, The Illusionists and company-managed the world premiere of SpongeBob SquarePants the Musical in Chicago for Nickelodeon. He returned to home as Company Manager of the Australian production of Hamilton for Jeffrey Seller and Michael Cassel.

Adam is extremely excited to be back in Australia and to be joining the team at JONES, where he will continue to bring first-class entertainment to audiences everywhere.
